Darrell's Glove Relacing

"Restoring Life to the Glove You Love!"

​I was an assistant baseball coach at Lely High School in Naples, FL and work with catchers, infielders and hitters.  I coached collegiately in Memphis, TN from 2012 - 2016.  I grew up playing baseball in Tampa, Florida, at Jesuit High School, and played NCAA DII baseball at Erskine College in Due West, SC.  Baseball has always been a personal passion and I take that same passion into all things baseball; including relacing your glove.

I am a current grounds crew member of the Boston Red Sox Spring Training facility, known as JetBlue Park in Fort Myers, FL.  I work there during Spring Training and during the summer months while helping to maintain the seven-field complex.  

Through my playing and coaching days, I understand the connection between a player and his/her glove.  I care for each glove I relace as if it was my own.

I started relacing gloves in 1997 with my first Wilson catcher's mitt that I still have to this day.  I played all 8 defensive positions in my college career and still possess all of my gloves.  I have relaced each of these gloves and condition them annually, sand have been able to pass them down to my three sons to use on the diamond!
